We have teamed up with reputed courier partners to ensure that your order reaches you safe, intact and on time.

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days.

• Made to order products will be dispatched in 8-10 working days.

• All international orders will take 7-20 working days for delivery of product.

• International shipping charges as well as duties and taxes as applicable are payable by the customer.

Returns & Cancellations

• Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing an order. 

• The order may be cancelled by addressing an email to - designs.fuchsia@gmail.com. 

• Returns will be accepted only in case of wrong/ damaged product received by customer. Please write to us at designs.fuchsia@gmail.com within 3 days from delivery. Please mention your order number details in the email. We run stringent check on quality and accuracy of the products before dispatch.

• To be eligible for return , the product should be unused and in same condition as received by you and in original packaging along with tags and labels.

• We will arrange to pick-up the return within 5 days of notifying us. Return shipment charges will be deducted before making the final refund payment to customer. It takes typically 5-7 days to credit back the refund amount.
