Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy

RETURNS / REFUND POLICY
Please visit your order dashboard to return/ cancel/ exchange the order.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing an order.

  • Refund in case of order cancellation will be credited back to the original mode of payment i.e bank account/ wallet/ card, etc.

 

Return Policy
Returns request will be accepted only within 7 days of delivery of the order and only once per order, given the following conditions are satisfied:

  • The product should be unused and unwashed.

  • In original packaging along with tags and labels.

  • Product is/are not purchased in sale/ discounted price.

  • Product is/ are not custom made or made to order.

  • Product is/ are not custom altered.

 
Refund in case of Returns

Refund Amount = Product Price - Applicable Return fee

 Any COD charges or Shipping charges paid for the order are non-refundable.

We will arrange to pick-up the return within 5 days of notifying us. In case, we are not able to provide reverse pickup facility to the customer, customer will have to send parcel back to us and ₹100 will be added to their Refund amount.

Please note that reverse parcel takes anywhere from 3-20 days after pickup to reach us. Refund will be processed ONLY after we receive customer’s parcel back (a maximum of 20 working days after pickup) and product(s) pass(es) the quality check.

Exchange Policy

We take great care in dispatching garments as per size mentioned in our size charts. For one size alteration, we expect our clients to get the alteration done by themselves as we leave enough margin in our garments to even make them one size bigger.

Custom Made Orders / Altered Items

We will not accept return or exchange for custom sized items or items that have been altered in any way.

Sale items (if applicable)

All the sale, discounted, coupon & gift voucher purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.

Excluded Categories

For product(s) in Jewellery, Mask, Rakhi ,Home Linen, Jacket, Kids Jacket category, there is no ‘Return / Exchange’ available.

Non-acceptance of COD Orders

In case, customer does not accept the COD order after shipment, such customers will not be able to place COD order on our website in future.

​

International Orders

For international orders, there is no Cancellation / Return / Exchange available.
